The preset password is the 6 digits number of HKID card followed by “00” (double zeros).
For example: HKID: A123456(X), the preset password is 12345600.
Please enter your PB Number, email and the above password, then click the relevant button to apply for reset password. Upon on your request, a new password will be sent you by email within 1 working day (only applicable to members who have registered in the “Update Profile”), otherwise, please contact our staff at 2399 7878 during the office hours.
If your account is linked to “iAM Smart”, the link will be cancelled after your password reset request is successful. Once you receive your new password, please use it to link “iAM Smart” again the next time you sign in.
